High Calibre Concrete Construction is a QBCC licensed concreting contractor based at Coomera, working across South East Queensland. We were built around a straightforward conviction: every successful build begins with a solid foundation, and that foundation starts with concrete placed correctly, finished carefully and cured properly.
WHAT WE DO
We specialise in concrete house slabs, shed slabs, driveways, exposed aggregate, pool surrounds, footpaths, patios and carports. Our work spans new home slabs for builders and owner builders through the northern growth corridor, driveway replacements at established homes, and large machinery shed slabs on acreage.
HOW WE WORK
Most concrete failures we are called to replace come from decisions made before the pour: thin slabs, missing reinforcement or poor subgrade preparation, none of which are visible on handover day. We quote the specification in writing so you can see exactly what you are getting, and we will not quote a lighter slab to win a job.

We work directly with homeowners, and also under builders and developers as a subcontractor. A significant share of our slab work is for owner builders, where we are clear about what the engineer drawings require and what inspections your certifier will want.
The Queensland Building and Construction Commission licenses building work in Queensland. For structural concreting such as house slabs it is a legal requirement, and it means the work is covered by the statutory framework and delivered to Australian Standards. Unlicensed operators leave you exposed if something fails.
We service South East Queensland from Coomera, which puts the Gold Coast, Logan, the Redlands and Brisbane comfortably within reach, and we take work out toward Ipswich and the Scenic Rim. Travel is factored into the quote transparently rather than hidden.
